Peak Fitness was established in March 2020 when Covid-19 changed the world. I had previously worked at a gym corporation, but when everything shut down, I needed to find a way to continue to help my clients.
Peak Fitness' goal is to create a strong foundation for clients to help live a healthy lifestyle. Peak Fitness uses integrated and customized programs based on clients' needs to help them reach their goals.
