My passion for fitness started over 10 years ago when I was a high school and college athlete playing softball. The discipline needed to succeed in the sport, made me realize the importance of exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
During my last year of high school I tore my ACL, which was a huge set back that got in the way of what I loved. During this recovery time is when I fell in love with fitness even more. The HARD WORK, STRENGTH, DETERMINATION AND DISCIPLINE I had forced me to be better than I was the day before.
My trainers, coaches and physical therapist throughout my athletic life inspired me to help others and now do what I love to do which is train, teach and coach others so they can reach their goals !
I have trained at a gym corporation for the last 4 years and ever since COVID-19 hit in March 2020, I started training my clients privately, which is how I established Peak Fitness Inc.
I now apply what I learned through the years of training, from my Masters in Physical Education and from my personal training certification (NASM-CPT) to create personalized, custom workouts for each of my clients. I believe in creating a physical foundation by focusing on your fitness goals and working with you to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
