Joann is worth her weight in gold! I've never been an exercise enthusiast, but she mentally drags me through every session with encouragement and finds strength in me I didn't know I have. I train with her virtually and she always makes sure my camera is positioned where she can see how I'm executing each move, making corrections when needed to avoid injuring myself. She clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Every session brings something new, challenging and tailored to my goals leaving no muscle forgotten.
